Linzi graduated in 1997 from the University of Dundee with a merit in periodentology and completed her vocational training on the edge of the Lake District. She continued working in general practice in Cumbria as an associate for almost a year before moving back to Scotland to join the Richmond Dental Team in 1999.

Dr Lorna Silver graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science in physiology in 1994 then completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Dundee graduating in 1997 with commendation. Stewart graduated from the University of Dundee in 1996 and completed his vocational training in Forfar.

He joined the Richmond Dental Team in 1997 where he has honed his skills and techniques over the last 13 years in a wide variety of treatments.

Dental Nurse

Nicci began Dental Nursing in March 2008 and qualified in January 2011, she has been with Richmond Dental Care since May 2011. During her time here she has been given the opportunity of assisting in many varied dental procedures, one of which is nursing with Dr Richmond during the placement of dental implants and bone augmentations. With the help of his experience Nicci is hoping to gain an extra qualification in advanced implant nursing.

Qualified Dental Nurse

Carly joined Richmond Dental Care September 2010 as a trainee Dental Nurse. Carly is working hard to achieve the SVQ 3 qualification in Dental Nursing. Once qualified Carly is looking to gain further experience and work towards other dental qualifications.

In her free time Carly likes going to the gym, cinema and long walks with her dog.
Qualified Dental Nurse

Karen has worked at Richmond Dental Care as trainee Dental Nurse since August 2010 and sat her Dental Nursing exam May 2012. Karen enjoys assisting in cosmetic and implant cases and is looking forward to furthering her career in her Dental Nursing within the JHA group.

In Karens spare time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going to the gym.
Hygienist
Carol started her career as a dental nurse then went on to train as a hygienist at Dundee Dental Hospital. She qualified in 1983 and was proud to be awarded the Academic Prize for her year. She joined Richmond Dental Care the following year, having gained a little experience in NHS and private practices in Arbroath and St. Andrews and has worked on a part-time basis ever since.

Practice Manager

Debbie left school in 1984 and immediately started her dental nurse training and qualified in 1987. Debbie worked for 19 years in the NHS sector of dentistry before moving to Richmond Dental Care in 2003 as a dental nurse.

During Debbie’s time at the practice she has gained her radiography qualification in 2005, gained certificates in implants, sedation and was promoted to Senior Dental Nurse in 2007 when the practice was acquired by James Hull Associates.

Treatment co-ordinator

Ollie completed an Honours Degree in Business studies in 2003 before taking a gap year to travel the Far East, Australia and New Zealand.
On her return to the UK we offered her a temporary position as receptionist to cover maternity leave. Nine years later Ollie is still here having been variously employed as receptionist, Practice Manager and now Treatment Co-ordinator. To enhance her role as treatment co-ordinator Ollie has been studying for her Nursing qualification and hopes to gain this in July 2013.
Implant nurse

Suzie joined the practice immediately after qualifying as a Dental Nurse at Dundee Dental Hospital in 2008.

After completing two years in General Dental Nursing, Suzie became more and more confident in our general surgery and implant unit. She began as an assistant implant nurse and has progressed to fulltime implant theatre nurse. A position she performs very competently.

Outside office hours Suzie is a very dedicated horse woman and competes regularly in various events.

After qualifying in Dental Nursing in 2001 and working for a brief spell with Stewart Cochrane at Richmond Dental Care, I decided to pursue the Diploma in Dental Hygiene at Dundee Dental Hospital. I graduated in 2004 and returned to the Richmond Team in 2006 after gaining experience working within NHS & Private dental practices. I enjoy meeting and treating new and existing patients.
Receptionist

Nicola joined the Richmond Dental Team in September 2012 bringing with her previous experience in both Dental and GP practices. Nicola enjoys meeting and greeting patients and is looking forward to helping new and existing patientsand colleagues in any way possible
